Espumante Perpetuum is a tribute to time and to the tradition of Bairrada. Produced using the Solera method since 2007, it now brings together a base blend with more than 10 harvests, creating a sparkling wine of great complexity, depth and identity. 

Made from Bical, Baga and Cercial, it ferments in barrel and ages on fine lees before undergoing a second fermentation in bottle, in keeping with the traditional method. The result is an elegant sparkling wine, with fine mousse, creamy texture and vibrant acidity that supports the entire tasting experience. 

On the nose, notes of dried fruits, candied fruit and a delicate saline touch emerge. On the palate, it is rich, deep and precise, with a long, enveloping finish. A gastronomic sparkling wine, designed for those who value wines with history, character and an identity built over time.
