Espumante Vadio Rosé is the most delicate and fresh expression of Baga in sparkling form. Produced from vineyards at the bottom of the Dom Pedro Valley, it comes from a terroir where the grape’s natural acidity stands out, giving rise to a sparkling wine of great freshness, balance and elegance. 

Whole-bunch pressed and fermented between stainless steel and used barrels, it follows the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 18 months ageing on lees. It shows a very pale salmon colour, a fine and persistent bead, and an aromatic profile marked by fresh red fruit. 

On the palate, it is vibrant, balanced and creamy, with precise acidity that extends the tasting into an elegant and refreshing finish.
